1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the FullyBookedNeuroClinic website at https://marketing.fullybookedneuroclinic.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and our services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use our website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

FullyBookedNeuroClinic offers an SMS messaging program that sends two types of messages to contacts who opt in:

Consultation-related (transactional) messages: These include consultation confirmations, meeting reminders, rescheduling notifications, onboarding instructions, and general business announcements.

Examples of transactional messages include:

  "FullyBookedNeuroClinic: Reminder — your strategy call is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 10:00 AM EST. Please have your current ad account access ready. Reply STOP to opt out."

  "FullyBookedNeuroClinic: Your onboarding call on Thursday, March 27 has been rescheduled to Friday, March 28 at 2:00 PM EST. Call +1 707-392-3722 with questions. Reply STOP to opt out."

  "FullyBookedNeuroClinic: Your monthly performance review is confirmed for Monday, April 7 at 9:30 AM EST. We'll be reviewing your lead generation results. Reply STOP to opt out."

  "FullyBookedNeuroClinic: Our team will be at a conference on Friday, April 18. If you have a scheduled call, please reach out to +1 707-392-3722 to reschedule. Reply STOP to opt out."

Promotional messages: These include special offers, service updates, marketing insights, and information about new services or programs.

Examples of promotional messages include:

  "FullyBookedNeuroClinic: This month, refer a fellow practitioner and both clinics receive a free month of ad management. Call +1 707-392-3722 to learn more. Reply STOP to opt out."

  "FullyBookedNeuroClinic: New case study — see how one of our partner clinics booked 47 consultations in 30 days. Visit marketing.fullybookedneuroclinic.com or call +1 707-392-3722. Reply STOP to opt out."

  "FullyBookedNeuroClinic: Did you know? Clinics using our full system see an average 3x increase in booked consultations within 90 days. Learn more at marketing.fullybookedneuroclinic.com. Reply STOP to opt out."

  "FullyBookedNeuroClinic: New service alert — we now offer done-for-you educational video production for neurofeedback practices. Call +1 707-392-3722 to learn more. Reply STOP to opt out."

Careers-related messages: If you submit a job application through our careers form, you may also receive text messages regarding your application status, interview scheduling, and onboarding communications. The career form can be found on https://marketing.fullybookedneuroclinic.com/careers.

By opting in to the FullyBookedNeuroClinic SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from FullyBookedNeuroClinic at the phone number you provide. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form at https://marketing.fullybookedneuroclinic.com/contact-us, on our careers application form, or by verbally requesting text message communications.

Each form includes separate, unchecked-by-default consent checkboxes for consultation-related messages and promotional messages. The careers form includes an additional consent checkbox for application-related messages. You may opt in to any combination independently.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or +1 707-392-3722.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your consultation schedule and the types of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of inquiring about our services, becoming a client, or submitting a job application.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Services

FullyBookedNeuroClinic provides marketing consulting, lead generation, advertising management, CRM setup, and related growth services exclusively for neurofeedback, biofeedback, and TMS practices. Engagement in our services is subject to a separate service agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and SMS messaging program.

4. Disclaimer

The content on our website, including text, graphics, case studies, and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. Past results referenced in case studies or testimonials do not guarantee future performance. Individual results may vary based on market conditions, location, service offerings, and other factors.

FullyBookedNeuroClinic does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. We are a marketing services provider. Any decisions regarding your practice should be made in consultation with appropriate professionals.

5. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on the FullyBookedNeuroClinic website, including text, logos, images, videos, frameworks, and design, is the property of Skillbuddy ApS and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. FullyBookedNeuroClinic is a trademark of Skillbuddy ApS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FullyBookedNeuroClinic. FullyBookedNeuroClinic is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to SMS messaging, including message and data rates.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skillbuddy ApS, d/b/a FullyBookedNeuroClinic, and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of our website or services.

9. Changes to These Terms

FullyBookedNeuroClinic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. For disputes arising from SMS messaging services directed at US recipients, applicable US federal and state telecommunications regulations shall also apply. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
