Careers-related messages: If you submit a job application through our careers form, you may also receive text messages regarding your application status, interview scheduling, and onboarding communications. These are sent only if you opt in via the careers form consent checkbox. This form can be found on https://marketing.fullybookedneuroclinic.com/careers.

How you opt in: You may opt in to our SMS program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form at https://marketing.fullybookedneuroclinic.com/contact-us, on our careers application form, or by verbally requesting text message communications during a phone call.

Each form includes separate, unchecked-by-default consent checkboxes for (1) consultation-related SMS messages and (2) promotional SMS messages. The careers form includes an additional consent checkbox for application-related messages. You may opt in to any combination independently. Your consent to receive text messages is entirely voluntary. Providing your phone number and consenting to SMS is not required to inquire about our services or submit a job application.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your consultation schedule and the types of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive up to 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Job application data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission unless you request earlier deletion.
